MAP test were given last week, results for MAP will be sent home with report cards on February 4th, End of quarter 2 is January 29th for submission of grades. If your child is remote it is imperative that you send proof of homework, it's not fair to those who submit proof daily or weekly, it takes seconds to snap a picture and send. Please check your child's google classroom,  as it has a number of work that has not been submitted, google classroom should be checked weekly for work that has been assigned.

Reminders

Monday January 11th early dismissal at 12:00 noon. Map testing this week Wednesday math and Thursday reading each test will be timed, students who are remote need to have headphones and must have their microphone and camera visible so that I may proctor them as they test and answer questions if necessary. All remote parents should be connected to zoom at 9:00 am on Monday January 11th to go over testing schedule and review test procedures. Students will now have four(4) sight words weekly to meet the requirement of knowing 100 sight words by the end of kindergarten. Friday January 15th is national hat day students may wear their favorite hat. Monday January 19th School will be closed for the Martin Luther King jr. day

Happy New Year 2021 everyone. We are back in session. We are going to be in full swing of things, as we prepare to take MAP test this month. This week we will see where we left off in December and continue from there. Wednesday January 6th at 9:00 am we will be celebrating Mass the Feast of the Epiphany, parents are welcomed to join but remember to keep a safe distance at church. Monday January 11th early dismissal at 12:00 noon for a faculty meeting.

Reminders

Early dismissal Friday at 2:00pm. This week please make sure to send a large shopping bag to pack all of your child's belongings by Friday for the Christmas break, the bags stay here. Lessons and Carols will be held on Thursday and I would like the students to wear red or green. Friday they may wear any Christmas clothing. On another note please make sure you have access to Edgenuity and that your child is able to log into the program, the information with logins were placed on google classroom. If you have any issues with logging please email me ASAP. Please remember that Flu vaccinations are required and students will not be able to return to school on January 4th if this requirement is not fulfilled, please call the office if you need any information regarding this.
